Hello and Welcome.

I am a user experience researcher currently employed at NetApp as Human Factors Design Engineer. My academic background is in HCI, Human Factors and Computer Science. I come with 4+ years of industry experience across 5 telecom carriers and handset manufacturer in designing innovative services. One of my academic projects - 'Cowabunga!' was selected for the final round of CHI 2011 Student Design Competition. My academic multi-disciplinary skill-set is complemented by the industry credentials like Certified Usability Analyst & Project Management Professional.
